Midsommarfest is located in Andersonville, a neighborhood located on Chicago's north side. The festival takes place on Clark, from Foster Avenue (5200 N) to Gregory (just north of Catalpa). It ran from June 13-15, 2025.
WHAT IS IT?
It’s a yearly event that turns Clark Street into a vibrant mix of music, dancing, and good vibes. Inspired by the Swedish Midsommar tradition, it happens every second weekend in June, kicking off summer with a whole bunch of fun activities..

It's part of Chicago's Street Fairs that are hosted all across the city every year. Lots of people, lots of food, cool entertainment! Sadly, I did not capture much this year, but did get to see the Windy City Cheer Squad perform (if only my chance as I was walking down the street!).
